About the Global Response Center
The Global Response Center is located in the Washington DC area. The Center was founded by a team of senior executives who have years of experience at the highest levels of diplomatic security, federal law enforcement and the intelligence community.
The Global Response Center is a single point of contact that integrates and manages a wide range of security related services, uniting best in class resources to provide solutions based on client requirements. Our mission is focused on being our client’s centralized source for managing security and medical requirements throughout the world.
The Center provides strategic as well as tactical advice to support a selective group of exclusive clients. Our service portfolio is designed to cover every aspect of security and risk management – giving clients personal access, time and depth of service tailored to their specific situation.
Mike Mislock
Mike Mislock served with distinction as an Operations Officer at the CIA for 13 years. His areas of expertise include counterterrorism, counterintelligence, counter narcotics, Latin America, South Asia, cyber security, and covert action. After leaving the government in 2013, Mike helped build a successful cyber security business focused on assisting private sector companies in mitigating the insider threat.
Scott Bultrowicz
Scott served as the Director of the Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) at the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security. Scott spent 30 years with DSS. Some of the senior management positions he served in prior to his appointment as DSS Director included Senior Regional Security Officer at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq, Director of the Office of Investigations and Counterintelligence and Special Agent-In-Charge of the Dignitary Protection Division for the State Department. Scott oversaw and developed security programs for U.S. diplomatic missions across South and Central Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Latin America. Scott was a member of the Senior Foreign Service with the rank of Minister-Counselor.
Kathryn Corbin, CBCP
Kathryn brings an extensive background in program management, open source investigations, and data analysis. Previously, she worked for two Members of Congress, supported the Policy, Regulatory, and Cross Border Advocacy practice groups at a major international law firm, and lobbied on behalf of multiple military installations and communities. Kathryn holds a M.S. in National Security and Terrorism Studies from American University’s School of Public Affairs. Her areas of expertise include OSINT, client management, corporate investigations, and crisis management/business continuity. Kathryn was awarded a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certification in 2017 by DRI International.
Gregory Eaton
Greg has 20 years of experience in international management, strategic planning, and operations management. With an extensive background in the global medical assistance industry, Greg’s work experience includes over 10 years abroad in executive positions throughout Europe and Asia.
Ronald "Rudy" Guerin
Rudy served in the FBI for 30 years, where he held numerous roles that included Acting Deputy Assistant Director for Operations, Counterintelligence Division and Section Chief to the East Asia Section, Counterintelligence Division. Rudy was a member of the FBI’s Senior Executive Service.
Robert Valente
Bob brings with him over 30 over years of military, government, and private sector experience. After serving in the US Navy he became a Special Agent in the U.S. Navy Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) and held key positions at the U.S. Department of State, at U.S. Embassies worldwide, and at a major international risk management and security consulting firm where he managed operations in India and other locations. Bob is a recognized expert in business aviation security.
James "Jed" Kirkman
Jed served over 30 years in the CIA’s internal Security function, rising to the ranks of the CIA’s Senior Intelligence Service. Jed served as Group Chief of the Office of Security’s largest program–Protective Programs—which provides armed protection of Agency personnel.
Ray Mislock
Ray served for over 25 years at the FBI, including in the Senior Executive Service. He later spent two years in charge of security at the Central Intelligence Agency as Associate Deputy Director of Administration for Security. Ray spent an additional 12 years as the Chief Security Officer for DuPont. He is a former President, board member, and a lifetime member of the International Security Management Association (ISMA).
